Good service

Some dirtbag thought they could grab my card number and go on a shopping spree. Little did they know that Pioneer has an incredible fraud team that was on top of their antics. They helped me to protect my money and put a stop to it. I am so pleased with the security and Linda Brockman from the Ruidoso branch helped to follow up on what the fraud team began to help. The Carlsbad branch, though it being a Saturday, did all they could to make me feel safe and have access to my tranactions and money and file a fraudulent case to get the money back that someone tried to steal. I appreciate this bank and all its employees and partners for taking such care in their work because there are, sadly, unsavory characters out there. So, if you want protection I recommend this bank and all its branches.

they didnt deposit my check in time and have ridiculous waiting periods for money to show up in your account, took up to an entire week for my paycheck to show up in my balance and not in the pending slot, they charged me multiple unnecessary overdraft fees and several other ridiculous fees, go with wells fargo ive had nothing but good things to say about them
