Bank of the West in Anthony, NM

Bank of the West is horrible! I've had soooo many problems. I was charged a $3 fee for a few months. I had no clue what it was for, when I went to complain and they didn't know either. They had to try to find out. It was for paper statements. $3 for a piece of paper! I accidentally tried to cash a check, my husband had already cashed and there was a $15 fee! Then suddenly I was getting charged another fee $10 for my account. My student account had expired and I wasn't informed! I went in and fixed it, they gave me a refund. In highschool I had an account where I would have to make a certain number of transactions or I would get fined. It really makes me angry they would take money from me because I wasn't reaching their set number of transactions a month. Some months I would spend more than others. It was a pain to keep track of. Calling their 800 number is a nightmare I dont know why I didn't leave sooner. 6 years of unnecessary worries. In the past year Wells Fargo and USAA have been WAYYY better!

I hated it I go to cash my check from an insurance company they tell me that I don't have enough funds to cash it but she will give me 100 and leave the rest until it clears. So I leave there go to las cruces where they cash my check

Love these guys! They've come through for me time and again over the past 10 years.
