I am a realtor and I had a client go through Navy Federal. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a lender. They did not bother to tell my client or analyze the situation well until the day before closing and let them know that they did not qualify. As a realtor I had maybe one phone call from the lender throughout the entire five weeks we were under contract. I would never use them again or allow a client of mine to use them.

I love this credit union, and the staff at this location are STELLAR. Friendly, professional and on top of their game at all times. I've never had any financial institution work harder for me. I actually look forward to walking into this branch. And beyond the branch staff, the folks on the phone also work hard to make the costumers satisfied. I couldn't be happier.

I have two banks--Chase and Navy Federal. I'm glad that there's a Navy in ABQ, at least. Be careful using the ATM at night. It's kind of a rough neighborhood. Even the other customers seem unsafe, at least at that time. Synergyheal dot com
