Very poor. We are trying to sell a house. On two occasions, the underwriter asked for more paperwork. You'd think she would know what she needed since she does this for a living. Then, two weeks before closing, the underwriter said we needed a SECOND appraisal, at our expense, even though the first one was only two weeks old. Then, on the day before we were to close, we were told that closing would be put off for ten more days as the underwriter hasn't read all the documents yet. This person has cost us almost 800 dollars in reappraisals and interest fees. And as I said, since this is what she does for a living, you'd think she’d be better at it. With so many choices, why go with Legacy mortgage of Santa Fe? I won't. Nor will I deal with a buyer who brings this company to the table.
