1-25-17 Jim Bakhtiar and his team at LeaderOne are absolutely awesome. I have been doing transaction work as a licensed agent for over 20 years and have never had this great of service with a lender. Once the buyer is qualified a pre approval letter is sent to both listing and selling agents within 24 hours. Weekly updates are sent to both agents without even asking for an update. They constantly keep you in the loop and have NEVER missed a deadline. In fact I have had experience of them closing several loans sooner than promised, which makes everybody happy! We had some difficulty with refinancing our large custom home in late 2012. We worked with 3 other banks and no one was ever able to get equitable comps so it was impossible to refinance. Awesome experience, Never had getting a home loan go so smoothly. This is the first time I ever truly enjoyed the mortgage financing process.
