I used Infiniti Mortgage to re-finance my home in 2012. The collective knowledge of Heather and her team made for a smooth experience. Infiniti always had time to answer all my questions, and return my phone calls. They guided me through a very intense experience with ease. I would highly (and have) recommend them to anyone who asked for a caring mortgage company.

We have purchased and/or refinanced several houses over the past 20 years. The experience was usually complicated, confusing and frustrating. NOT so with Heather at Infiniti. She was absolutely the most professional broker that we have ever dealt with. She thoroughly explained the entire process, walked us through all of the paperwork, making it completely understandable. There were no surprises and the entire process took less than three weeks. In our opinion (Dr. Jim and myself), there is no better place to go for the lowest rates and most professional service. At first I was very skeptical about all the five star reviews because who could generate just five start reviews. After contacting Infiniti for just the first time I understood why, Heather. Heather and her team work their absolute hardest to take care of their customers. Everything went smoothly and Heather was extremely responsive and continued weekly communication throughout the loan process. She was 100% honest and never left me in the dark about anything.
