BEWARE!!! they make it seem like they can help everyone and do such a great job...that is until after they charge you for a $35 "Special Credit Report" in which all of sudden there are "scenarios" where they can't do anything for you...so wasted $35 and when I voiced my displeasure, the lady got rude and hung up on me...be careful and apparently make sure you have the right "credit crisis" or else they will not put in the work to help you!! Don't usually post reviews but best believe I'm going on every site not only to review but filing a BBB complaint
