BE VERY CAREFUL buying equipment that you intend to have them operate as expected. bought a craftman 18" 42cc chain saw for 100$. relai at stores $146.!!! on sat feb 5 2016. was told with emphasis that the man, the only person at the store at about 3pm, that he guarantees that the chain saw working perfectly, saaid "I promiss". the chain saw worked a max of 15-30 sec before chain would fall apart. putting it back together, the same thing again, on and on. called the same person to ask if at least I can exchange it to another working unit, flatly refused and even denied if gave such promiss. you are at a very realistic risk of loosing all your money if engage in similiar biz with them, as I did.

The only reason why I'm giving a one star, is because I had to. Be very careful with these CROOKS!!! If you're going to purchase something from them, make sure you buy it right away. DO NOT LEAVE DOWN PAYMENT!!! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND WILL SELL WHATEVER YOU PUT A DOWN PAYMENT ON !!!
