Be aware that the payments are twice a month. There is no grace period. If you don't make your payment on time your check goes in automatically. The people are very pleasant but there is not much flexability to help with payments.

My wife and I were long time customers of this location. We have always paid our payments on time, and in full. With our last loan, the store began calling our phone the day before the payment was due, to ask if we were making the payment. No big deal. Today, when the payment is actually due, they began calling our references and asking if we would be in to pay our payment. This is very unprofessional and uncalled for, especially considering our spotless payment and loan history. We will not be doing business with any of The Cash Store locations after this.
