Bank of the West in Albuquerque, NM

Very rude service. Every time I come here the bank tellers are very rude and dont even try to help you if you have an issue. Had an issue here and the bank teller didnt try to solve it. I go to the bank of the west on Montgomery and san mateo and they took care of my issue with ease and were very friendly. Not coming to this bank again!

Didn't even have ability to detect a fraudulent check!

Central and san Mateo is my fave location people are very friendly.

By far rudest bank I've ever been to. In front of me I witnessed an elderly man be yelled at by the bank teller because he went up to him but shut down his computer at same time. Poor man was distraught and instead of nicely explaining he was shutting down he began yelling at him! The younger teller was enjoying putting down an elderly man! I go in to cash a check. I don't bank here. Thank God. And the assistant manager I forget her name although she is Asian descent, was completely outright rude to me as well. She told me it was $7.50 to cash a check if I didn't have an account. That's outrageous I've never ever ever been charged 7.50 to cash a check wal mart is cheaper. My credit unions charge 2.50.come on what's wrong with these greedy banks. And on top of that she continually pesters me four times saying well if you opened an account with us you wouldn't have to pay.... Wow. Apparently Bank of the West prefers to extort potential customers money in order to persuade them they should be better off with them. Why would anyone want to bank with a bank that behaves like this. Bank of the West.. Your tellers at the Albuquerque Menaul branch are making you look like jackals.. Apparently that's suitable to your standards..

I love this location I have never had a problem with service ,every worker goes out of the way to make sure your happy before you leave. I've been to this location over 30 times since January and they are always great. keep up the great work Thanks!!
