If I could rate this company a negative I would .DO NOT finance a car from them . They are such rip offs . I bought a car from Shamrock in linden the car broke down on me in within 30 days. The whole entire motor was shot . I am a single mother so I had to pay for the engine which was 2800 which cause me to be late on payments because I couldn't afford both at the same time . So they took me to court even taking the car back and they still wanted the money for it . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM . it will cause you so much stress and so much headache .

My brother financed his dodge Avenger with this company when he thought He would never be able to buy a car from anyone with his credit score. They were awesome and helped him out and financed him at an affordable monthly payment. I recommend them for people who have a low credit score and are serious about paying their bill on time.

I was just talking to the manager trying to explain to her a situation she told me she doesn't have to listen to me and that I am a nobody... this company is a scam and the lady Kristin l is a two year old screaming yelling over the phone so much for a director! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I see a lot of bad reviews about this company I've dealt with them on 2 occasions for 2 different vehicles and I must say they've been pretty fair to me. One review stated that they got a car from Shamrock Motors, they are a ripoff, sell lemons. I went to them, did my research and the car was a p.o.s. Try FBN Motors in Edison/Highland Pk. I bought my last 2 cars from them financed through Thrift, very fair. I'll comment more on FBNs link about them. Back to Thrift, when I had financial issues they helped me with deferred payments, more than twice on both vehicles. But they will not let you take advantage of that so you gotta keep that in mind and know when to ask for one. I honestly don't know how some of your payments got lost, but I give them credit for not losing any of mine. Every time I made payments either online or over the IVR system they were processed in 2 days. I kept every confirmation number and they confirmed receipt if I ever had doubt. I just recently made final payment on my 2nd vehicle and would use them again if I'm in a bad financial situation. But I'm hoping this helped my credit and I have other options. Keep in mind most of us are only using them because we either have bad, little to no credit, or little money to finance. So the interest is most likely going to be at a higher rate. I'm sure if we had a better option we would go with that option. They are going to be sticklers for their money, especially because of our credit situation. I hope this helps some people out there. No I don't work for the company and no I'm not getting paid to write this review. This is just my personal experience with them. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star from me is because of their customer service. It could definitely be better, they need better people skills I agree.
