This branch on 59th and on 32 have the worst service ever..its only one person for like 100 customers.looks like they dont have money to hire more people. Really really poor service for a bank. Invest some money on emplyees!!

I love Capital One, but in this particular branch, something that can take 5 or 10 minutes will take you about a half an hour without exagerating.
