Went to BOFCU for a refi/consolidation loan. First they tell me I positively had the loan. Then after doing what they wanted me do and spending money I really couldn't afford to spend to do it they tell me the loan is a no go. So much for doing for the community. I am permanently disabled but I have the income to repay the loan. Now because they have had a change of mind, I may be homeless. Thanks BOFCU!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible to deal with, no one ever calls you back, they charged me 4000 for insurance even though I provided all information when I changed insurances. I didn't authorize this charge and provided them with the information when they asked for it. The process of attempting to get a refund has not been easy. Looking into small claims court and refinancing through another credit union.
