Walked into its door to ask about a fee for forming a business, warm welcomed and explained a lot of thing, after almost hour he said "oh, I forgot to tell you there is a charge of $100 for consulting." "but you can take that $100 to credit if you decided to use our service." OK,not impressed but I used his service. Finally I couldn't set up business in NJ, then I tried many times to contact him to dissolve, unfortunately he never replied back.
