this is by far the WORST bank I have EVER worked with. The Durham Ave branch is TERRIBLE. The manager Maria is too busy standing outside smoking to help customers. The tellers are completely clueless. I've been going to the Stelton Road branch which is slightly more coherent. All in all Valley National Bank is a TERRIBLE company.
