Worst experience at a dealership, all i wanted to do was return a lease and be free and clear. My wife and I waited 10 minutes before anyone even looked back from the podium to great us. When we finally got helped the guy who never gave us his name acted like it was an inconvenience that we came in. He asked us to get the registration and when we came back in a few minutes later he saw us and walked away. After asking several people to find the guy who was helping us he sat down and started with another customer. He kept looking back over at us and avoiding us when someone finally got him for us he told us his name was Dave and he can do that sometimes. Dave finally came back after 45 minute and asked if we knew how many miles are on the car, we didn't know and told him he had the keys so he should look. Dave gave my wife an attitude and said you guys are done. I questioned if we needed to sign anything and he said no and walked away. After speaking with Chrysler Capitol they require a signed OD statement but will honor a copy of the inspection done a week prior do to the issue with the dealership. He never asked if we wanted to release, buy a new car or even bring us to a desk to sit. This is one of many issues I have had hear and i would recommend going anywhere else. I buy from Holman Ford and Toyota in the Auto Mall all the Time great staff and no BS

My salesman was Mark C and he was great. I arrived at the dealership around 6 to test drive a 2017 RAM and Mark was walking out the door to leave when another salesman asked if he could get me set up for the test drive. With a smile he walked me back to his office, put all his stuff on his desk and off we went for the ride. Loved the truck, started talking numbers and Mark got me the lease I was comfortable with and looking for. I went home with the RAM that night. Came back a few days later to finish up some paperwork and that was it. Whole process was probably 3 hours total. Thanks Mark!
