I moved right up the street from this bank months ago and thought it was convenient. I come once every two weeks to deposit cash & checks with no problem, but a few days ago I went, did my normal routine, cash. deposit slip. license. Once I received the tube back there was no license and the wrong receipt. I called the lady and told her it was missing and she says she never received my license. I KNEW I put my license in the tube so I begged for her to search as she proceeded to deny my license! (I was told you can't make a deposit without a license by the teller previously) .. So that puzzled me as to why She didn't ask for it if she never had it. Moments later she sends back the tube with what ...? My license!!!! No apology, nothing! If the teller is irresponsible with my license how can I trust her to handle my money? Never going back to this place, now going to Westfield. Inconveniencing for me but I'll rather stay astray from no good tellers!

Don't go to this branch customer service is so bad I can't even get my money back.. I have to go to another branch , manager don't have any skills ...so sad that I can't even get my own money DONT GO THERE Please
