Honestly wish I could have used this place. I heard great things from my realtor but felt like i was bothering Lorna everytime I called.I would wait days for return phone calls. Maybe other people get priority or I didnt know something but i would strongly recommend you look some where else if you are trying to buy a house.

What a pitiful experience. I had a loan officer with "over 30 years experience" yet EVERYTHING was sent to me last minute and it had to be done immediately! In spite of the fact that I had contacted them many times during the process asking if there was anything I could do. Closing date was pushed back multiple times due to ineptitude. Come to find out, most of my last minute crisis' could have been accomplished when I was asking them what I could do to help. This is not even the best part. Now I am three months into my mortgage. The first thing they did was sell my mortgage to another company, Dovenmuehle Mortgage, who has a terrible history. I was trying to avoid them at all costs! Now the insurance company who is supposed to be paid by my mortgage in escrow is calling me, threatening to default my policy because they have not been payed. DO NOT TRUST THESE IDIOTS WITH YOUR HOUSE!!!
