I like TD bank overall, however I will never return to this location. I had 6 fraudulent charges and went in person to take care of it. I was helped by the assistant manager. Two weeks later I call customer service to see why I have not been refunded. She never submitted them... This was not for a frivolous amount. What was she doing on the computer that whole time?!?
