Very unprofessional and unreliable company. They promised to fix my credit in 45 days (back in February 2015) it's been over 3 months and I can't get them to return my calls, emails or messages. They have yet to take anything off my credit report. Also, I received a notion for a student loan that needed a response within 15 days, they said they would respond and take care of it. They never did anything. I then received a letter saying that the notion went unanswered and I'm waiting on a court date. They lied and didn't do their jobs properly. I am very disappointed with this company in their overall work ethics.

Stay Away from this place!! Very unprofessional. They don't return calls, they lie, and steal money. They did my taxes which turned out to be a nightmare. They told me that they would charge me $120. to do my taxes but, then when i received my federal tax refund I was short of $260. This money they took from me without my knowledge. They told me that they would give me that money and send me a check which I still haven't received. And, on top of that, my state tax was never filed. I had to re-hired another professional to fix the mess that they did to me and my husband's taxes. My advice to you and your family. Stay Away from this place!!!

Stay away from this place!! Fraud!! The guy sits here like a pretty boy, with a manicure as if he's some smooth talker. Yeah okay you don't fool anyone they don't do anything!! He does a few changes and then stops. Put a fraud alert on my account to expire in 5 years!!!??? What???? So I can't apply anywhere without them calling me!! Oh wait, he forgot to add my number!!! You suck!! He stole money from me. Also uses a mortgage company to run your credit!! Yes so that a hard inquiry and looks fraud like!! Stay away from this place he favors mexicans and hispanics!! Yeah also he's never there when you go in he always has something to do he stepped out for.. your gonna waste your money!!

I just want to thank Owen from Top Credit. I came to them a few years ago when my credit was in the low 500's. He helped remove old and wrong information from my credit and guided me on how to keep improving it. I am now in the high 700's and still touch based with them from time to time. I would definitely recommend them!
