I would never recommend this mortgage company to anyone. I was strung along for weeks. I was pre-approved only to get a denial after three weeks. Mindi was well aware of my situation from the beginning. She knew we where in a time crunch,what my credit was like and my entire income well before getting me any kind of approval but guaranteed the approval months in advance. The entire process left me in tears day after day, none of my documents seemed sufficient enough. It was a total waste of time.
