Dam it!!!!! they don't even deserve 1 star!!!!! WTH!!! OMG!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!! Liberal Finance act like they are the only finance company in the WORLD and that I need them! I have NEVER been late with my payment!!! All I asked was for the pay off amount so I can pay the ENTIRE balance off TODAY!!! and be done with them and I still recv'd the shittest customer service anyone can imagine. Thank GOD for a 2nd pair of ears that was on a 3rd line listening to this ignorant and unprofessional human being--- the person on the 3rd line was a friend of mine who happened to get a deal with this company and I told her STAY AWAY!!!! And this is why!!! My business is done with Liberal - car is paid off and my friend decided to go some where else...Anyone that give this company a 5 star is getting it straight up with NO VASELINE..

My wife and I have been a customer since Aug 2016 from day 1 we have had problems w Debra. She has called my wife at her place of employment (state of NJ) and proceeded to curse at her and call her names all because the payment was 3 days late. She has callled her job and told everyone in my wife's office my wife can't pay her bills on time. She has also threatened to sue us for what? A late payment. We are late again due to a death in the family even w a death certificate they don't care. The representative Debra is sending emails now actions like she is someone else. We have taken this to the president of liberal fin. To see what his take on this situation is.

Worse customer service ever. Was grateful that they approved the loan but I personal believe that they all need customer service class and a sensitivity seminar

I have only been using them since November but I should have known from the very first person I spoke to that there would be a problem. My first payment I had to call them because they never sent me a statement. Then they claim they had the wrong spelling of my town (people always spell Hightstown wrong and yet I always get that mail). They corrected that and let me pay over the phone waiving the fee. After that the only statement I received was the one I should have received in November. I called and changed my address to my boyfriends as I have with many bills since my family tends to lose mail. Never had a problem with receiving mail there but still no statement. I called in to see why I wasn't receiving it and the person, who claimed to be the manager, told me that it must have not been delivered because my name isn't on the mailbox. I told him that doesn't make sense and he began screaming at me. I tried to explain that his theory made no sense and he placed the phone down to curse me out to his co-workers. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service and I have been in the customer service field as a supervisor for over 15 years. Then he hung up on me. I had to call back and he was still nasty, in the end I had to make my payment because I have always paid on time and I was still charged the service fee for paying over the phone. He also swore to me that statements get mailed three weeks in advance and I actually did get my statement on March 1st, the day it was due, at my boyfriends address... in which my name is not on the box because, that's not a thing. I feel as if I am being scammed for a service fee. Judging from the number of low reviews on here, I'm guessing they just don't care enough to make a change.
