This company is the only reason my husband and I were able to buy a house! We didn't know where to start, how much we could afford, or what to do financially, to eventually be in a better place to buy a home. Michael LiPari took the time to explain what needed to be done, and helped us every step of the way. He answered every email, and phone call in a timely matter. We always felt like we were his only clients. That is how much attention he gave us! It is hard to find a person, and a company, with these qualities.
