What can I say besides THANK YOU! I had worked with Blake and he was nothing but helpful, honest, and genuine. I was in a super tight spot as far as credit goes. With the advice per Blake he took my score up from low 500's to high 600's and my highest score of a 710! He was able to do this all within 6 months!
