I got scammed out of $999.00 and they did nothing for me other then say I'm sorry! TD Bank is a joke!

The Northfield branch lost my business deposit which was put in the night drop drawer for NINE days. If you're in the banking business, this SHOULD BE a big deal. My business was without a weeks worth of receipts for the entire time. It took three trips in person, multiple phone calls and finally reaching out to the district manager. Magically, it was found in the banks possession the day the D.M. got involved. While grateful for the money being found and an apology, I was still left unsettled by the experience. This was compounded by the fact that the call reporting it being found was made by a teller instead of a manager and offered no explanation as to how it occurred. Most disturbing was being told that there is no clear video when someone is making a night drop. If this is true, It would mean anyone could be robbed in the process and there would be little help from the bank in identifying the perpetrator(s) . At a bare minimum, I think any depositor should have a reasonable expectation that once a deposit bag slips into the confines of the bank, that it would become the responsibility of the bank to insure it is handled appropriately. Equally, should a problem occur due to human error, there should be internal checks in place to resolve the matter long before nine days. The convenience of this branch IS NOT worth the risk, and as such, I will be closing my account as soon as my outstanding payments clear.

Awful awful awful. Sat at the drive though for over 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Most convenient bank my butt.

Had to deposit for someone today and I went through the drive thru felt like I was a bother instead of a customer you could see her attitude and then her employees laughing because I was a bother and had questions but, I went in side and they were much nicer. Lucky for me I don't bank with snobs. 10:40 was the time I went thru the drive thru then said if they seemed bothered I'll go inside. Bank someone where else. This is why I left them 5 years ago.
