Best experience ever! Was going to pawn my diamond wedding band but Michelle suggested taking out a cash loan instead because I may change my mind within six months and want it back! Got cash on the spot! Awesome!

Came in to replace a watch battery and ended up walking out with a new diamond necklace. Prices were too good to pass up!

I don't know how anyone can have a bad experience in this North Plainfield location. I have purchased many pieces of expensive jewelry and have used the many services Rich and Son offers. The manager Michele knows her business I trust her with all my jewelry needs the girl is on the money, there is no else I trust but her when it comes to expensive jewelry and her knowledge. I always recommend my friends and family to Michele because she can be trusted and keeps her word!!!

Different employee from when I used to come here a few years ago. Must be under new management because she was 1000x nicer than the other manager! Much better experience
