Horrible!!! They won't cash their own checks!!!! All foreigners for workers and very rude!!!! I recommend a real bank instead of these crooks

Awesome experience. My intention at first was to open a secured loan with them to help build my credit until they told me about a certain Credit Builder Loan. I was working with Christopher Freitas who is a teller there and the manager Elia Almeida. This recommendation was actually the better choice and I am very pleased. Had a lemon car financed through the credit union and gave it up as a voluntary repossession. They were supposed to notify me when car had been auctioned off so I could pay the remainder balance and no one ever contacted me phone mail or email. I now have an outstanding balance on my credit! (SMDH) The worst customer service and Americas MOST INCONVENIENT BANK!
