I am so glad I reached out to Montgomery Mortgage. Vibha has created an amazingly dedicated team and I can personally attest to the commitment her loan processors have in making sure your needs are met. We fell into an interesting category where interest rates went much higher after Trump won the election. Vibha was able to secure a great rate for us but issues with the house and the seller crept in and delayed the closing to the point where we were seriously at risk of losing our rate lock. Our primary loan processor, Cheryl, seemed more committed to making sure everything worked out than we were at times. She was meticulous; on top of every detail and deadline. She came up with creative options for every uncertainty that arose to help ensure the loan portion wouldn't be the reason we missed our awesome interest rate. She brought another loan processor, Niru, up to speed before going on her vacation and even scheduled the closing (something the title company does) before the title company was ready. With her and Niru at the helm following up with the title company, sometimes on an hourly basis, they practically made the title company come out of hibernation and close the deal 2 days before the lock expired. We couldn't have been happier with this team!!!
