Our vehicle from Drive Time has been nothing but a headache to my husband and I. They push for you to write a review on the service as soon as you purchase before the true colors of their negligence shows. The first week of having our vehicle Pep Boys revealed all of the work that needed to be done and paid out of pocket by us! Customer Service was not very helpful just wanting to try to stall past the warranty dates so it's completely out of their hands. Would not allow us to return the vehicle when we expressed our dissatisfaction having to take it to the mechanic shop three times in one month. Please be aware of this place! Test drive your vehicle on open roads and look thoroughly in every crevice. They do a great job hiding the wrongs to make the sale instead of just being honest.
