First Choice Bank/Loan Services in Marlboro Township, NJ

I got my mortgage from First Choice Home Loans, Costco Preferred Lender. I had multiple equivalent options, but chose First Choice just based on the fact that it is Costco's Preferred Lender, but regret my decision. They were able to provide the loan BUT - They didn't provide accurate closing cost till the last minute, literally. I had to sign the paper by 5PM and received the information at 4:15PM. I tried to call the Agent from the car while reviewing the details while driving but certainly he won't respond now (for the initial 30 days he was very responsive). Now add to the fact that the Agent told me 3 days before closing date that we are all set and we could close earlier if desired. I lost $350 because they didn't disclose the details in advance. The profit went to Bank's pockets. - As I said, I took the loan. Their Servicing department sucks even more. You can already try that -- call at the phone number listed on their website and it will go to Voice Mail directly stating to leave a voice message. I tried at least 10 times and went to voice message every time (Yes, many times I called during their meagre working hours). - Emailed the servicing department: 10 days and still counting, no response. - Today is 40th day after house was closed. So far, no welcome message, no information on how to make monthly payment (I made payment based on information provided by Title company). They sold the loan to a different company and no message letting be know that. I received letter from the company who bought my loan and wondering if its true or not. Where should I make my mortgage payment?

I try to inquire a loan and after speaking Eli Shimoni who is so unprofessional and I decide to just hung up on the guy before we move forward . I sent him an email saying why I hang up he reply back with " get a life I was trying to explain " get a life really thats your first respond to a potential customer! I do not recommend this company I suggest to shop around for other options ! I have the email he sent me With all prove if you guys think I'm making this up

After working with Tim Burke for a couple of months it was time to apply for the loan and start the process for my closing. I asked him some simple questions, I need an estimate of current interest rates, and his fees for closing. Tim acted like I just asked him for government secrets. He did everything not to answer them. He would not approve me anything future until pulling my credit. I told him unless he was able to disclose his fees to make sure he was competitive I would not let him pull my credit. This is his response back to me: "Jonathan I’m going to bow out here, it would be wise for you to work with someone else.I do not have any answers for you, nor will I until credit is approved and your file is worked up.If you need answers please find another company. Thank you, Timothy Burke" Out of the 4 lenders I applied to he was the only one not about to answer. I filled a complaint with Costco. Costco advise for me to call back to First Choice and work with someone else. I did inquire again with First Choice and the rep was able to provide the information right away. I have to question the business ethics of Tim. Why was he the only one not able to answer. What was he hiding? When I called him out his answer was to "bow out". What kind of crap is that? If I ever told a customer I "bow out" I would be fired. Way to put the customer first Tim Burke.
