Wells Fargo Bank in Maple Shade Township, NJ

The worst bank sever ever . I gave my mom my atm card to deposit paycheck n money in my account (a) . I have 2 checking account just call a and b . when my mom deposit money she just swipes card then the banker get money n paycheck from my mom . They didnt ask her about what checking account she would like to deposit . So they put in the wrong one . later when i know that I tried to call them a punch of time . but they keep saying like i have to come tmr so they can help me . they said I have to wait untill the money being cash and they can transfer to the other one . but it wasnt our faul at all . they keep denial their mistake

The customer service is horrific. It is a numbers game. Each teller has to open 5 solutions per day or they have to call 5 customers for each solution they didnt get. If you arent a customer you are told to sit with a banker to verify your check which really is a chance to try to get an account. If your check is drawn off Wells Fargo, they tell you if it is over $1500 you have to open an account to deposit it into. Also it would blizzard out if the lead teller actually got out of her chair instead of screaming across the lobby to you. The manager seems nice but too bad half of his shift he is away on lunch.

They're pretty okay. Better than most banks.

Would never recommend this bank! They can't process simple tasks, and are definitely not capable of handling my money! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people.
