These ppl suck I have had very good credit for years and I made a big mistake and got this card, your website is horrible and you can never talk to anybody on the phone because no one ever answers

Your web interface for managing a credit account is atrocious. It's confusing, and you can't control the EXACT amount I want to pay, it's either minimum balance OR the full amount. What happens when you pay minimum? You end up behind before interest kicks in. Scam scam scam. Should of never signed up for the card - not worth the hassle. Stay away people!

This is a scam institution that impersonates TD Canada Trust / TD Bank & is complicit in identity theft. BEWARE!!! Fraudulent accounts were opened here in my name & 10's of thousands of dollars of purchases were made. When informing them of this & asking for these accounts to be closed, they claimed to be part of TD Bank to seem trustworthy & asked for a large amount of personal information. I know they are not part of TD because prior to calling them I spoke to TD Canada Trust & TD Bank and both confirmed that there were no accounts in my name or any record of my name in their systems. Unless you want to do business with an institution that impersonates a large bank to gain credibility & exploits that credibility to phish information from customers & that very likely is complicit in identity theft STAY AWAY!!!
