they are NOT lending!! they will waste your time taking applications and asking for paperwork and more paperwork but its all a game. They dont want to come out and say they aren't lending, but i have inside info at the bank. They are all messed up.

They will not exchange, and i mean simply exchange old paper money for a new bill just so i can use it. They said you HAVE to have an account there, no exceptions.
