Very poor customer service , they don't want towards end of day (10-15 mins before closing )if we go in for a request like opening safe deposit etc .. If they can just accept deposits in last 10 to 15mins my personal opinion they can close at 4.45 or say only deposit or withdrawals accepted. If I had to deposit I can always use atm ....
