the CU needs improvement...it took almost 1 month to get a new debit card after I reported it compromised. The lines are extremely long every day, banking hours are not convient for the working public. CU lacks online features, call center customer service (NONE). Because the branch is so busy all the time, there so much pressure on the front desk person as they are the first line of contact, but they have no support, staff to back up when the lines are long.

They're awesome! I had poor credit score and they helped me built up my score. They always take their time to insure you leave satisfied with their services. They are also considerate of your needs and concerns. I never had a bad experience, I believe their customer service and managers are way better than any other banks I experienced.

..... unfortunately, they give me anxieties because nothing is ever done the way they say it will happen. It took 3 weeks for me to receive a replacement debit card as well. oh I'm sorry, I still haven't received it. I hoping that it will arrive this week. I was told 5-10 business days and yet no one answers the phone to get answers. To be fair, Chance Cerbone was responsive for some of my concerns; very kind too.... I hope that it gets better at LSCU and for those with pleasant experiences... I'm happy for you.
