Susquehanna Bank - Hann Financial in Jamesburg, NJ

my lease is ending this month and i wanted to know my options. first time i called them i had to wait 55mins. and today i called them its more than 1 hour 15min. no body answer yet. so frustrated. i will not recommend this bank to anyone.

By far the worst company on the planet. Would never use them for anything ever again. Bunch of crock pots and thiefs!

Is there a negative * button? Worst financial institution ever!!! They claim they don't have final payment that was sent months ago, they are nasty when you call and now they claim My car had almost $2,000 in damages? How is that possible for a car with less then 20,000 miles that's never been in an accident. Id rather walk places then lease a car through them.

The absolute crooks of the Car Leasing business. They charge a higher disposition fee and mileage rate than everyone else, only do final appraisals in NJ so if your car gets damaged getting towed there they will charge you for it (always take pictures of everything with proof of date so you can dispute them on it), they will nickel and dime you on damage/wear and tear charges, $175 for a missing key. If a dealership uses Hann for their leases, immediately exit the building and find another dealership, because no dealer should be using anything other than the manufacturer's leasing company anyway. Just look at the quality of the website and try using their horrible customer service. They are a joke.
