Wells Fargo Bank in Howell, NJ

Stay away. They have no idea what they are doing. Worst bank in the world. Called multiple times and gave me the run around each and every time. The manager said they would call me about my account to make my experience better, never received a phone call. The bankers even have no idea what they are doing. The amount of times they put me on hold when I was asking questions was absurd. If I could give this place 0 star I would.

Slowest. Bank. On. The. Planet. Do not bank here if you have high blood pressure or are disabled and cannot stand in lines for long periods of time. Thirty minutes to make a deposit is absolutely ridiculous. Over a year later, and still no change. Been online for the last 15 minutes. Two people ahead of me, two people at teller windows. Haven't moved since I walked in 9 am on Monday and there is ONE teller working.

It has been my bank since they took over from Wachovia about 5 or 6 years ago. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars for it being more business oriented than personal but the Staff are all 5 star as far as I'm concerned. It's never so busy that there is a long wait and in the rare case it is very busy, inside, the Manager will open more tekler stations to move it along.
