South Jersey Gas Employee Credit Union in Folsom, NJ

If you are looking for South Jersey Gas' corporate office to talk to them because their customer service sucks, their address is 1 South Jersey Plaza which doesn't exist, but their real address is 1068 12th Street, Hammonton, NJ

I had my scheduled appointment for meter change scheduled for this morning from 7am-12pm. I called the meter people at 9:30 am to make sure I was on the list and spoke with Linda, who assured me that I was on the list for before noon. At 2:30 pm I made the call to them again to report no one had showed up. Linda called me at 3:15 pm saying the crew was finishing up with the house prior to mine and we were next. It is now 7:40 pm and no show. No courtesy calls were given. I took the day off for your FIVE HOUR window. This is how customers are treated? As a businesswoman, I am disgusted with this. One courtesy call at any time would be the respectable business way to handle this, not the way your company runs things apparently. You may have nothing better to do than wait almost 12 hours for no one to show up, but my time is valuable. As you are aware, this upgrade is because I am installing a WHOLE HOUSE GENERATOR. I hold your company responsible for anything that happens to my house starting today from loss of power to my house. Thoroughly disgusted with SJG, Maria Silva
