Flemington BMW in Flemington, NJ

To go with our leased i3, my wife and I just leased a new BMW X1 XDrive 28i from Flemington BMW. No big whup, right?...Except that we drove all the way from and back to Charleston, SC. Why would anyone make that long round trip (1,470 miles)? Because working with Byron Brisby Jr. and his Flemington BMW Center of Excellence Award-winning team of consumate professionals is worth it! For this particular transaction, the team with whom we worked included Byron Brisby, Jr., Bill Hinton, Becky Kosar, John Cavanaugh, Mike Riccardi, Sr., John "JT" Turchi, Gary Horning and Colleen Hale. Without hesitation, I can say that this level of professionalism is the exception and not the rule. Don't make the same mistake once...Flemington BMW is in a league of its own! At the start they were helpful in reviewing options and models, but then the car buying games began. I reached out a few days later and had poor responses to requests for information. This is unfortunate because this is my local dealership that I would have liked to support. I had a much better buying experience at Bloomfield BMW.

The sales team deserves a 5/5, but the service team has been disappointing. The process is good (friendly, meet you by calling you by name, nice refreshments) but the responsiveness is very poor and they make way too many mistakes (which end up costing the Customer time, like having to drive back, multiple calls and mails, ...). After the last visit, I told them that I would be going to Bridgewater BMW to see if it was better. Between the poor service and the BMW GPS map which is full of mistakes my family might be changing from BMW to Tesla.

I had an ongoing issue with my car which I keep stressing to my service advisor. Days before my warranty expired I finally thought I had it fixed but 2 months later it reoccurred and me believing it was a rehash so would be covered they refused to cover it even though it was the same issue they claim one was a high fuel pressure sensor and the other was a low fuel pressure sensor. I then contact bmw USA to contact Flemington and asked my advisor to let me know when they did so I can decide what to do which he never did and still hasn't. I then contacted Byron Brisby Jr. General manager via email to look into this which he stated he will get back to me but of course he never did either. I then went and pick up my car after hours since it had been about a week no call or email from anyone. Today I leased a 2017 from another dealership and will have my existing serviced by too and hopefully this summer my girlfriend will be leasing an X6 from JMK Springfield. I at least deserved a call or email back. Great customer service goes a long way

Flemington BMW has been the dealership of my choice going on 6 years now. I absolutely enjoy buying cars from them. The service is exceptionally. The staff are great. This is my 3rd new BMW I have bought from them and will keep going back. My sales manager Vince Dillon is one of my favorite people. The time he has taken to know what I like and always makes it happen is the main reason I chose this dealership. Their customer service is excellent and they take the time to get to know you.
