Cenlar FSB in Ewing Township, NJ

This company is the WORST. My mortgage was sold to them a few months ago, and they "lost" the majority of the payments I made. I've had to call so many times, and customer service keeps opening cases for me, and their "research" department then closes them with no resolution and no contact to me. Despite everyone promising me it wouldn't happen, they then reported me to the credit bureau for non-payment which greatly affected my credit score. Meanwhile, they still have my money! Everyone I talked to at customer service has been very sympathetic and do whatever they can to help, but once it's out of their hands, it all falls apart and nothing gets resolved or fixed. I hope they sell my mortgage soon so I don't have to deal with them anymore, this level of incompetence is unacceptable.

I wish I could give them a 0 Star rating. They are horrible!! They mailed a $4500 check out in regular mail, but told me that they would have it back to me in 24-48 hours. They didn't even give me the option of prepaying for the overnight service. I call up after 5 days of no check in the mail, and the lady responds and says, "Well it usually takes 7-10 business days to receive your check". I'm so pissed, that I may switch mortgage companies for them using idiots like this for third party services.

When trying to pay down the balance to cancel my PMI, they directed me to pay online, but the system would not accept a principal payment (only an early payment for next month). The auto phone system would not accept a principal payment. When I finally got a person on the phone, she explained that she couldn't do it, but told me where to mail it. I mailed it, with a letter. They misapplied it as next month's payment, and then rejected my request to cancel the PMI, since they said it hadn't been paid down enough. This cost me an extra month of PMI, so far. Who runs a business like that?

Hope you enjoy liens against your house. We do appraisals and have not been paid by this company leading us to file two liens against the homes we appraised. Have fun!!!

As you will read below, this company is the worst. I was trying to make a one time payment to eliminate PMI. 1) website is terrible and difficult to use and you have to make payment of one time lump sum plus your monthly payment or you can't go through 2) you can't pay more than 10K online or with their automated system or with their representatives which caused me to try to wire the money 3) they returned my wire transfer because it had 'the wrong account number' and that was all after I was on the phone with this company for 30 minutes while in my bank just to get their routing number and their name as it appears for the wire transfer. one representative gave us a wrong number (more than 9 digits) and then without asking routed us to the automatic payment option (which is not possible to use if you are trying to pay more than 10K at a time). Another had to place us on hold to find the routing number. For the love of god the routing number should be accessible and easy to find.
