TD Bank in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Very bad bank people bad service. Never help a guest like the other branches.

ATM SNAFU 10:45PM MONDAY, 4-11-16, NOW, 3:35PM, THURSDAY, 4-14-16, STILL UNRESOLVED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE. NOT EVEN A RETURN CALL THUS FAR, TODAY, ALSO, NOW THIS IS THE THIRD DAY THEY ARE HOLDING MY CASH.

Customer since late 90s. Never had any issues until, I started going to this branch. They have different policies in place than any other branch, this was confirmed by bank manager. Yes, I had to speak to a branch manager after one of the employees pretty much was yelling at me because I asked why. Most horrible service out of any of TD locations. I hate to sit here and write a negative review but, there comes a point that more people need to be aware of the problem. I wouldn't be serprised if this branch was ranked worst of in the nation. Please visit the Absecon, Galloway, Atlantic City or Northfield branches for better service. They simply don't care because of the location they are in and they have no other competition close by. Simply put, the employees there seem very unhappy to provide services or answer questions.

TD Bank might as well be a scummy check cashing joint. They charge you to cash their checks! and even run out of money!

Poor and uninformed service. They lowered my interest rate. When I went to bank they fixed the error and the next month they lowered it again. Management is in competent. I have three accounts with TD totaling $ 170,000 and am withdrawing all three.
