I usually don't write any reviews, but, this is an exception. I just made a deposit in the drive in. I either woke the teller up or she was bored. Either way, she should be fired. She didn't crack a smile or utter a word. I seemed to have disturbed her. Either way, I'm taking my account out of TD and I really don't think anyone should be "burdened" with lousy, unfriendly service when there are so many other banks around.

Need more then one teller! Shouldn't have to wait over 20 minutes to buy a few gift cards! This bank is not convenient at all. One person working the whole bank!?! Seriously

Awful customer service. One example; We have several business accounts along with our personal account. We are getting charge a monthly paper statement fee for our business accounts until we sign up for electronic statements which is fine except you can't set up electronic statements without going to the bank. I tried doing this online and over the phone. I was told I have to go the branch to set this up. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go to the bank to get this done. Not convenient at all. Will be looking to switch banks soon.
