TD Bank in Cranford, NJ

Awful bunch of shitlord no good scumbags. Avoid them and their bullshit fees like the plague.

I've been using this bank for several years and every year the service gets worse and worse

Customer service nonexistent. They laugh at your concerns and don't provide answers to questions about policies and fees. They are rude. When asked to speak with a supervisor they say it won't do you any good. ATM card is randomly disabled and no rationale provided. Will be looking at other banks to move to.

Never had too many problems here. My bank card was stolen, but they refunded the stolen funds. This location is easily accessible, never have to wait too long for a teller. A sit down meeting might take you a few minutes. When you want to cash your coins, you find a friend with an account at this bank.

I have always had a fantastic experience at this branch. The tellers all know me by name and have provided exceptional service.
