I had the pleasure of working with Jersey Mortgage on two occasions. Applying for a mortgage or refinance can be a time-consuming and stressful process. Al Perez was there for us from start to finish during both of my applications. He walked me and my wife through all of the steps and explained in detail all of the options available to us. We would often go back and ask Al to explain some of the details again and he was always patient and professional. He would always take our calls or call us back immediately if we had any concerns, even during the evenings and weekends. He was also very proactive in resolving potential issues before they became issues and kept in touch with us constantly throughout the whole process to ensure it was going as smoothly and quickly as possible. My fiance and I closed on our house on March 28th, 2014 and what a pleasure it was working with Jersey Mortgage on securing our beautiful new home! Jersey Mortgage and in particular Scott Simpson made acquiring a mortgage quick, simple and enjoyable. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process which you would expect but he took the time to explain everything to me so I would understand as well. He made himself very accessible and even when he wasn't he would respond back almost immediately with a phone call/text/e-mail saying when he would be available. My wife and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us through the process of buying our first home We appreciate everything that Scott and Jersey Mortgage did for us to house and now home that we love.

We had been looking for a house for over 2 years and initially started working with Jersey Mortgage Company. Our representative, Joe B, was very patient, and checked in with us frequently to see how our search was going. When we finally put an offer in on a house he was amazingly patient in helping us sort through every option available to us. Kim B was fantastic in ensuring that all of our paperwork was submitted on time so that we would close on our target date. Our closing date was ambitious, but the team at Jersey Mortgage was so efficient that we were able to close in less than 6 weeks from time of offer. I would recommend the, our Realtor would recommend them, and our attorney would recommend them. They were amazing.

Randy was a irrespecful person with not manners, Linda sent me a list of stuff I need before underwriting, me and my wife were sending emails asking about this list that we didn't understand, Linda answer 2 weeks before closing. When I was trying to let randy knows about the careless of his team (I was respectfully) we was rude and said he will hang up the phone. I couldn't close the deal and I never get that house. No more with this company. I lost 4k$ in paper work and transactions.. Don't ever try to work with them. Very unprofessional staff.
