Nice bank , only one think no good they don't clear checks overnight

Atm completely rebooted about 5mins before opening, when I called inside to see if they would open the door at this point there was 2 mins until opening the banker advised he would open the doors in 2 minutes ... When they finally opened the door instead of picking me out of the stampede he let me walk around the lobby aimlessly while the line filled up just to tell me to wait in line so a teller can help me with the atm issue ... He was doing nothing from 5 minutes before opening till the time I walked in ...it cost him nothing to walk around and retrieve the keys and get my debit card and perform procedures for me to get it back .... It's sad on his part and your branch as a whole . He's the first person we see as we walk in and his first impression was horrible. I'm sure if I came in looking for an account or credit line he would've been skipping and not missing a beat .

worst than ever, this branch should be close, they only sit lazy latinos and do nothing and completly without any knowledge

I came in this past Friday to apply for a credit card. I had never had credit before so I was excited to sit down with someone to give me advice on which to apply for. I had come to this branch before to pay my mothers card. I was waiting for sometime in the waiting area because the guy sitting at the desk didn't notice I was there all along, it looked like he was on his cellular phone. He finally notices me and calls me over, then when I say what I wanted to do, he hands me over some iPad to do the credit card application all on my own. While I'm trying to figure out how to fill it out, he is having his breakfast right in front of me all while on his cellular phone. I know some companies are laid back, but this was ridiculous, eating and on Instagram all when you have a customer st his desk was way to laid back and unprofessional for me. Never going back.
