The best lending experience any home owner/ borrower can ask for. Not only Anthony, the president of the company, provides the lowest interest rate but also provides a top notch customer service. Most importantly, Anthony can deliver what he promises in contrast with other big lenders who play a bait-and-switch game with borrowers. When I worked with Garden State home loans, I directly work with two people assigned to my case file. However, when I worked with a nationwide lending company, I had to communicate with at least five different people and each one of them only knew a small segment of my case file which could be very stressful and hard for borrowers to have effective communications. As a third time homeowner, It was definitely a much better lending experience when I directly worked with local lender like Garden State Home loans. I can proudly call Garden State Home Loans as my go-to lender!

I've refinanced several houses and times over the years so I'm an expert. GSHL was as easy as any of them. Have all your docs ready to go and you'll find it simple. They also give you the name of someone to talk to and I have a few random questions. They were answered quickly and competently. Closing took literally 5 minutes at my kitchen table and I got a great rate (2.5% fixed for 15). Very happy, highly recommend. Also, they didn't bug me for a review at all...but I was on their website this morning and saw the review button so I pushed it out of obligation to what I consider a top notch outfit. Go for it!

Love their customer service style. Different from the traditional mortgage companies, every agent designs custom-made loan options for each customer and get better result than you thought!! Never have so wonderful loan experience with any company with the low rate!!
