Still a 5 star rating- However on 8/23/2016 I drove up to the drive up service and as usual- I deposited $106 000.00 plus money for work. The kind young lady politely said "we kindly ask that if you have more than 3 deposits to go into the bank and not use the drive up service" So I asked Myself TD bank right? "America's most convenient bank" if it is convenient for me to drive up -NO one else was there in line waiting- why am I being told to go inside. If I have $106 000.00 what is the difference if it is ONE deposit, 2 x $53 000.00 deposits or 6 small broken down deposits- I thought it is easier when it is a few smaller deposits, However she did apologize for the wait- which was not that long but I understand that it is required to be polite. I will do what is convenient for me and that is most likely using a facility that allows that. Thank you for your great service over the past 3 years.

Today we went to Chatham Bank, at 11:15 the Parking Lot had not been plowed, so we trudged through the slush. Then there was only Teller. So we waited to make a Deposit. This is a bank that Net 2.42 Billion Dollars this year...... 1 Teller & They feel it's NOT Important to Plow the Parking Lot, they rather put that money into their pocket as well. Thank Yo TD for the Holiday Greetings!
