The girls at the counter are great. However, the branch manager is an idiot and is completely obnoxious. She has an attitude issue. Additionally, they make no attempt to expand their business with me and are missing a ton of opportunity. I am a fairly substantial customer and if Lori was smart, she would recognize this and seize the opportunities. Unfortunately, she would just rather spread her pissy little attitude. I will slowly be moving my operations out of this bank because of her.
