Good service

The call center has a 24/7 number that you cant call on Sundays as their closed.... let that sink in about this banks operations.

Bad customer service. I waited on the phone 4 different occasions for a representative for a very long time, was given the wrong fax number and all Nicole could say is that she was sorry. Nicole gave me the correct fax number and I faxed over needed document and she did not inform me that she was about to leave for the day. I waited next to the fax machine for the documents that she was going to fax over to me and nothing happened. I ended up calling back for the 5th time and holding on phone once AGAIN for EVER. Tammy ended up answering the phone and stated that she will be mailing per my request. Dealing w/this credit union is not a fun easy task.

I've been a share acct member for about 10 years or more and opened then a classic visa with them for about $5000 I closed it after few years. I've been making currently and then all monthly payments with interest and am currently at about $250. However (1)they reported to credit bureaus that they closed it. (2) they report it all negative to bureaus although I've been making the monthly payments with interest timely. So consumers beware this is just probably one way they could ruin you, and shame on them. I'm not posting annonimous and i am posting public as it's true, and I'd be glad to prevent them from acting this way to others, oh and yes I read the other reviews and am experiencing same with their call centers. No Resolve. Bad holds. Supervisor transfers.etc. etc. NO resolve.
