Worst company ever. They literally received my installment agreement and said it takes up to 25 days for me to get it back. They won't fax me a copy which I think is very petty.

Got a call from this company, answered the phone and it started ringing like I was making an outbound call which was weird. Then in the typical debt collector fashion refused to disclose the nature of the company unless they were speaking with the holder of the debt and would only disclose the company initials. I didn't even ask what the debt was, just the nature of the company and who they represent. Hung up and looked them up to check and it was in fact a collected.

This place is a great place to work- Even though the nature of working on the phone is challenging. Plenty of opportunities for growth, and the benefits package is good as well. They train you so you don't have to worry about no experience, I didn't have a clue when I first started 9 years ago.
